ECMPS Support

Stand-alone users of the Client Tool are automatically prompted to update:

1. Determine if you have Microsoft .Net 4 Framework installed. If it is not installed, download and install the Microsoft .Net 4 Framework.
   
   (Contact your IT support if you have questions about this step.)
   
   
2. Login to the Client Tool.
   
   
3. Click OK when prompted to update.
   
   
4. Repeat update process, if necessary.
