What:
EPA will host an ECMPS Mercury and Air Toxic Standards (MATS) Technical Implementation meeting prior to this year's EPRI conference in Raleigh, NC. During the meeting, EPA will discuss the proposed draft MATS XML schema and the draft ECMPS Reporting Instructions which were released on April 11, 2013. Also, in the meeting, EPA will provide information about the proposed ECMPS development plan for the MATS implementation. MATS reporting is scheduled to begin in 2015.

However, comments received after June 7, 2013, will not be considered in the drafting of updates for the next version of the reporting instructions.
