Why am I not receiving my feedback emails?

It is possible that ECMPS emails are being blocked by your email client, your company's email server, or firewall. You should add ECMPS email addresses to your email client's "safe" list, as well as any "safe" list which is used by your company's email server or firewall.

The four email addresses of note are:

The Feedback Email for submissions from ECMPS is sent from this email address.

All correspondence with the ECMPS Support Ticketing System is sent from this email address.

Emails from the CAMD Business System (CBS) are sent from this email address.

If you are subscribed to the Blog, you need to be able to receive emails from this address in order to receive the Blog emails.


Your company's server may also quarantine emails above a certain size or with certain types of attachments.

If you have any questions about how to ensure that you are able to receive email from these four email addresses, contact your IT staff.
