How can I capture detailed error information?

1. On the error message, click the Error Details icon, which looks like a red "X" on a piece of paper.


2. On the Advanced Information screen, click the Clipboard icon, which looks like two pieces of paper. This will copy the error details in the right panel to the Windows Clipboard.

 

3. Paste this text into an email and send it to technical support.

4. If the error you received is associated with a specific XML file, also include a copy of that XML file in your email.
