How do I force a re-evaluation of data currently in the Client Tool?
To re-evaluate data that may have been affected by a technical support solution (e.g., an optional update), you must force the Client Tool to re-evaluate the data. (The Client Tool does not evaluate data that have not changed since they were last evaluated.)
To force the Client Tool to re-evaluate a file, add the files to the Evaluation queue and select the Force Re-evaluation of all Selected Items checkbox.
