The monitoring plan printout report is a printout of an entire monitoring plan, including all relevant data contained in the Client Tool. It is important to note that if your local Client Tool database has not been synchronized with the EPA Host System, the information in this report may not include the most recent data from the EPA Host System.
To generate a monitoring plan printout report, click the monitoring plan printout report link in the monitoring plan reports section of the Module Action Panel of the monitoring plan data module. In the select report criteria pop-up window, highlight a facility or select a facility in the Facility ID (ORISPL) dropdown box at the top of the screen and click the filter button. To clear the filter, click the clear filter button. You can choose to see only the current Monitoring Plan by selecting the "View Active Data Only" checkbox on the lower left side of the screen. When you have selected a facility, click the view report button in the lower right corner of the window. You can save or print a copy of the monitoring plan printout report by clicking the export icon (i.e., the diskette) or the print icon at the top of the report.
