The reports in the submit module can be printed to provide information about submissions. To generate a submission report, click the submit module button in the lower left corner of the screen. In the Submit Reports section of the Module Action Panel, you can choose to view a submission details/receipt report, a submissions summary report, or a submission access report. By clicking on the view submission log link on the left hand side of the screen, you can choose to view the submit log report by clicking the view submit log report button on the lower right corner of the screen.
The submission details/receipt report displays the various stages of processing for a file. The submissions summary report includes basic information on what has been submitted and when. It also displays the current status of each submission for a facility. The submission access report includes information on the submission availability and evaluation status of monitoring plan, QA test and certification, test extension/exemption, and emissions data. The submit log report shows the details of the submission process for the submission currently highlighted in the grid.
To view these reports click the appropriate link. In the select report criteria window, select a facility/location and click the continue button. You can save or print a copy of the report by clicking the export icon (i.e., the diskette) or the print icon at the top of the report.
The following list describes the statuses that may appear in the submission details/receipt report and the submissions summary report:

The file has been received by the EPA, but the data have not been loaded into the EPA Host System. Your submission is official. However, the submitted data cannot be loaded into the EPA Host System because of a critical error. You must resubmit the data after critical errors have been corrected. Review the feedback report for more information. |
Data received by EPA Host System |
The file has been received by the EPA Host System. The EPA Host System is in the process of loading the data. |
Data not received by the EPA Host System |
There was a communication error between the Client Tool and the EPA Host System. Both the Client Tool and the EPA Host System have recorded the time of the last step that occurred before the failure. In order to complete your submission, you will need to submit your data after the communication problem has been resolved. |
Data loaded on EPA Host System |
The submitted data have been loaded into the EPA Host System. Your submission is official. |
Failed to load data on EPA Host System |
The submitted data were not loaded into the EPA Host System because of an error. Please contact technical support for assistance with this matter. |
Failed to submit data to EPA Host System |
The Client Tool was unable to submit data to the EPA Host System because of an error. In order to complete your submission, you will need to submit your data again. |
