The submission log displays a list of all the submissions made from your Client Tool. To access the submission log, click the Submit module button in the Menu Panel in the lower left corner of the screen. Click the view submission log link in the Module Action Panel.
To filter the available facilities by facility id (orispl), use the dropdown box above the grid. Select a facility id (orispl), and click the filter button to see the results in the grid below. To specify a date range, click the check boxes in the date range from and through boxes to enable use of the dropdown date selection. There are additional filters for file type and last stage, which lists the various submission processing stages. Once all criteria are selected, click the filter button. To clear the filter and repopulate the grid with all facilities, click the clear filter button.
The feedback report summarizes information from the EPA concerning your submission. You can access the feedback report by clicking the links in the Submission Error status column of the submission log. You will need Adobe Reader to access the feedback report. To download a free version of the software, click here. The feedback report is emailed to all relevant personnel for a monitoring location. If you do not receive a feedback report email, check your email spam folder and add the email address ecmps@epa.gov to your list of safe senders in your email client. If you continue to experience problems, contact Technical Support.
To view details of a submission, highlight the row in the submission log. The submission details are displayed in the bottom panel of the screen. To ensure that the submission log is up to date, click the refresh button in the lower right corner of the screen. To print the submission details for your records, use the submission detail/receipt report Link in the Submit Reports section of the Module Action Panel.
