List of Reports

 

Diagnostic Report:  You may be asked to provide this report for a facility by ECMPS technical support staff to assist in resolving questions or problems. The report may be accessed directly from the Help menu, at any time while logged in to the Client Tool, regardless of what module or screen you may have open or what facility's data you may be working with. Information available in this report includes the facility ID and name, the last time the facility information was synchronized with that in the Host database, and the submission availability and evaluation status of monitoring plan, QA test and certification, test extension/exemption, and emissions data. Emissions Evaluation Report:  This report is generated each time an emissions record is evaluated and contains a list of evaluation errors from the following categories: general, test data, hourly data, and summary data. It is generated when an evaluation is run from the View Emissions Data screen or the Evaluate module. This report contains the ID number for the unit/stack/pipe that was evaluated, the severity of any errors, the error check codes and descriptions, the beginning and end date and hour for each file, and the number of consecutive hours in the file. Emissions Summary Report:  This report displays the reported values for certain periods for a facility/location, as well as fuel specific operating hour information. It is generated in the Emissions data module. This report contains the ID number for the unit/stack/pipe that was evaluated, the number of hours and days operated, the time operated, the heat input, SO2 mass, CO2 mass, NOx rate, and NOx mass by year, quarter/ ozone season, and year-to-date. The fuel operating hours section also notes the fuel code and the number of operating hours for each fuel code broken down by year and reporting period. Feedback Report:  This report summarizes information from the EPA concerning your submissions. It is generated in the Submit module. Click here to go to the Feedback Report section.

 

File Import Validation Report:  This report displays details of validation errors for files imported into the Client Tool. It is generated in the File Import module. Click here to go to the File Import Validation Report section.

 

Emission Data Generation Report:  An error report produced by the LME Generate Emissions Data Utility. It is generated in the Emissions Data module. Information found in the report includes the unit/stack/pipe ID, the error severity, the error check code, and a description of any errors associated with hourly and long term fuel flow data. Monitoring Plan Audit Report:  This report contains information on activities that have occurred on the EPA Host that may affect Monitoring Plan evaluation and submission status for a given location. Click here to go to the Monitoring Plan Reports section.

 

Monitoring Plan Evaluation Report:  This report is created after the monitoring plan is evaluated and contains a list of evaluation errors. It is generated when an evaluation is run from the Add/Edit Monitoring Plan Data screen or the Evaluate module. Information found in the report includes the unit/stack ID, the severity of any error found, the category of the error, and the error check code and description. Monitoring Plan Printout Report:  This report is a printout of an entire monitoring plan, including all relevant data contained in the Client Tool. It is generated in the Monitoring Plan Data module. It is important to note that if your local Client Tool database has not been synchronized with the EPA Host System, the information in this report may not include the most recent data from the EPA Host System. PDF Submission Log:  This report displays a list of all the PDF submissions made from your Client Tool to the EPA Host System. It can be viewed in the MATS PDF Submit module. Information available in this log includes the submission ID, facility ID, facility name, FRS ID, unit/stack/pipe, averaging group, report type, pollutants, test method, test number, test date, stage status, and the user-given name of the PDF attached to the submission.

 

QA Cert Events Report:  This report is a summary of QA Cert events. It is generated in the QA and Certification Data module. This report contains the unit/stack ID, the event code, date, and hour, the system and component ID/type, the required tests, the conditional data begin date and hour, and the date and hour of the last test complete. QA/Cert Test Detail Report:  This report is generated through the QA/Cert Test Report link. It is generated in the QA and Certification Data module. This report contains summary statistics, run data, and any additional information related to the selected test. Click here to go to the QA/Cert Test Detail Report section.

 

QA/Cert Test Evaluation Report:  This report is created after a QA/Cert test is evaluated and contains a list of evaluation errors. It is generated when an evaluation is run from the Add/Edit QA/Cert Test Data screen or the Evaluate module. Information found in the report includes the unit/stack ID, the test type, number, date, and hour, the system/component ID or type, the severity of any error found, and the error check code and description. QA/Cert Test Summary Report:  This report is generated through the QA/Cert Test Report link. It is a summary of the current QA/Cert test information. It is generated in the QA and Certification Data module. Information contained in this report includes the component ID/type, the system ID/parameter, the test type that was evaluated, the load levels, the test number, date, and hour, the reason the test was conducted, the test result (passed/failed), and the date it was submitted to EPA. Submission Access Report:  This report is accessed from the Submit module. It includes information on which files are available for submission. Click here to go to the Submission Access Report section.  

 

Submission Details/Receipt Report:  This report displays the various stages of processing a file undergoes when submitted, starting with "Preparing to submit data to EPA Host System" and ending with whether or not the file submission process was successful. It is generated in the Submit module. Submission Log:  This log displays a list of all the submissions made from your Client Tool to the EPA Host System. It can be viewed in the Submit module. Information available in this log includes the submission ID, facility ID, facility name, unit/stack/pipe, year/quarter, file type, evaluation status, date/time, and last stage of submission. Submission Summary Report:  This report displays the current status of each submission for a facility. It is generated in the Submit module. Information available in this report includes the submission ID and the date and time the file was submitted, the unit/stack/pipe ID, the file type, stage status, and a record of who submitted the file. Submit Log Report:  This report displays the details of the highlighted submission from your Client Tool to the EPA Host System. It can be viewed in the Submit module in the View Submission Log section. This report is often requested by Technical Support to diagnosis submission failures. Test Extensions and Exemptions Report:  This report is used to view information related to QA/Cert test extensions and exemptions. It is generated in the QA and Certification Data module. This report contains the unit/stack ID, the extension/exemption type and reporting period, the system and component ID/type, the span scale code, the fuel code, and the hours used. Test History Report:  This report contains a list of all of the QA tests submitted for a facility since January 2003. It is generated in the QA and Certification Data module. This report contains the unit/stack ID, test number, component ID/type, test duration, span scale, the reason for the test and the test results, the grace period indicator, and the submission availability. User Locks Report:  This report displays all facilities that are locked for editing, and by which user. This is useful for users who modify data in a shared database.
