Install Stand-alone Database and Software

To perform the installation:

  1. Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.

  2. Verify that you have administrative rights on your computer.

  3. Export data that you would like to keep from any previous versions of the Client Tool.

  4. Uninstall any previous versions of the Client Tool.

  5. Close all applications.

  6. Determine if you have Microsoft .Net 4.8 Framework installed. If it is not installed, download the software from Microsoft:

    (Contact your IT support if you have questions about this step.)

  7. Determine if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit Operating Sytem.

  8. Install the 2024 Q1 version of the Client Tool software.
