ECMPS Support

To install the 2011 Q4 version of the Client Tool you will first need to install the 2011 Q2 version and then update to the 2011 Q3 version and then to the 2011 Q4 version.

To perform the installation:

1. Verify that your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
   
   
2. Verify that you have administrative rights on your computer.
   
   
3. Export data that you would like to keep from any previous versions of the Client Tool.
   
   
4. Uninstall any previous versions of the Client Tool.
   
   
5. Close all applications.
   
   
6. Determine if you have Microsoft .Net 4 Framework installed. If it is not installed, download the software from Microsoft:

   (Contact your IT support if you have questions about this step.)
   
   
7. Determine if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit Operating Sytem.

8. Install the 2011 Q2 version of the Client Tool software.
   
   Download the 32-bit ECMPS Client Tool 2011 Q2 Release
   
   Download the 64-bit ECMPS Client Tool 2011 Q2 Release
   
   
9. Update the Client Tool to the 2011 Q4 version.
