The "on line" portion of the ECMPS Client Tool testing has ended for now. A new "on line" session for testing is not planned to begin until May. However, testers can continue to test "off line" with the current Gamma A version of the Client Tool. As testers continue to work with the Client Tool, we would like to encourage that testers provide feedback on their experience with the Client Tool.

In order to provide that feedback, you can simply use the online form. Providing information on the Client Tool helps us to correct problems, identify enhancements, and better understand how the Client Tool will be used in a production environment.

An important part of Beta testing is feedback. The feedback that we receive enables us to correct problems with ECMPS as well as enhance the product to meet the needs of stakeholders.

Throughout both sessions of Beta testing, we have received valuable comments and suggestions from testers. Some of that feedback was incorporated in the Beta B version of the Client Tool which was released at the beginning of the second session of Beta testing in August. And some of the responses that we have received since August will be included in the Beta B Service Pack 1 release. As ECMPS continues to move to production, it is important that all those who are testing the Client Tool provide any comments that they have in order to make ECMPS a better application.

To encourage more feedback, there is a now an online feedback form on the Web site. The online form is identical to the Word document that can be downloaded from the Documents page.

To fill out the online form, simply click here, complete the form, and click the Submit button at the bottom of the feedback form. After clicking the Submit button, you will be redirected to a Web page that confirms that an email was sent with your feedback information. Finally, testers should feel free to submit feedback as often as they would like.
