Instructions Released for Alternate Process for Submitting Initial Certification Applications for Hg and CAIR SO2

The Clean Air Markets Division (CAMD) has posted a Web page that outlines the alternate process for submitting Initial Monitoring Plans and Certification Applications for Mercury and CAIR SO2 prior to the release of ECMPS in March 2008. The Web page can be viewed by clicking here.
