When do I need to login to the EPA Host?
It is only necessary to login to the EPA Host System when you need to:
-- update your Client Tool,
-- update your password,
-- synchronize your data,
-- submit data, or
-- retrieve data.
All other functions in the Client Tool can be performed while working offline.
